We are looking for a Freelancer / Part-Time Business Development Executive to onboard companies onto our subscription plans.
✅ Identify and approach businesses, HR teams, and recruiters to promote our subscription plans.
✅ Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
✅ Explain our subscription plans and benefits to potential clients.
✅ Convert leads into paid subscribers by effectively pitching our platform.
✅ Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell premium services.
✅ Track and report sales performance and client feedback.
🔹 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Familiarity with B2B sales, recruitment industry, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
🔹 Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or cold outreach strategies is an advantage.
